Nondisclosure And Noncompete Agreement, in Canada and the USA
Hello, I am a single person in the USA and i want to enter an agreement with a Museum in Canada.I do not want the info i share with them to be shared with anyone else. Also i do not want them to compete with me in regards to this information.
Facts: I think i know where there are some aircraft in a lake(WWII) aircraft to be exact. We want to work together on the recovery of these aircraft.
    How do i protect myself?
Do i use a Canadian or USA agreement?
Please educate me a little as what i need to do to be protected. I have spent considerable time and money on the research.
    I live in Missouri.
    Thanks in advance.

They're in Canada, so you would want to be sure that your agreement is enforceable in Canada. If substantial value is involved and you're worried about them cheating you, have a lawyer draft your contract.
