Taking Name Off Birth Certificate

I was wanting to know any precedents about taking father's last name off birth certificates in Oklahoma. Also about rights as being a father. Can the mother keep the father away from the child and change the last name without his consent?

You can't take the father name off a BC. And no...you also can't change the child's last name without either permission from the court or the fathers permission.

Go to court and get a custody order...if the mother then keep the father away she will be in contempt of court.
