On Tourist Visa Planning On Marrying A Greencard Holder Fiance
im a foreigner with a tourist visa (10yr multiple entry). My fiance and i are planning to get married before i come back to my home country. He is not a US citizen, but a permanent resident working as a nurse.

marrying him will hold my tourist visa, is that correct?
or will i be able to visit him in the future? if so, how?

im also enrolled in a medical school back home and an optional part of our school's curriculum would be for 4th years to have a 3month clerkship at a US hospital (in new york or illinois). Afterwards, clerkship will be finished back home until graduation.

would it be possibe to be granted a student permit, given the circumstance that i am married to a non-US citizen permanent resident?

    side info:
My fiance has been my boyfriend for more than 5 years now.
im pregnant. our church doesnt not allow a child to be baptized if s/he has un-wed parents... that's why we're getting married.

    thank you for your time!

I'd change churchs and make sure the baby is born in the US. Good Luck!
