What Do I Answer On The Job Application
May 9 2007-In Bronx, NY I was arrested and held for a few days for misdemeanor assault. I was given a conditional discharge which will expire May 9, 2008 and completed 20 days of community service.

I have an interview with HBO on Tuesday and i will be filling out an application. What can I say if they ask me if I have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony? I'm guessing if it only says felony then obviously I can say no, but if it asks for misdemeanor do I have to answer yes??

Agree. You need to read how the questions are worded on the application & answer all questions truthfully. If you lie & they find out, you definitely won't get the job.
