How Do I Get My 17 Year Old Daughter Emancipated

I need to get information on getting my daughter emancipated. She is 17 years old and have a baby that is 11 months old. She takes care of herself and the baby very well I am moving out of state and she plans on staying in California so I would like to get her emancipated. How do I get this done who do I contact for help. And will she be able to be emancipated.

The chances of a teen who has an 11 month old child being emancipated are very close to zero. she may stay and live in CA with your consent however and would not be emancipated but would be living alone. Does she have a job does it pay enough for self support and child care? Wher eis Father? Jailmaybe since she was underage at time of conception and actually stillis since AOC for CA 18

My question regarding Father is a statutory rape issue as CA age of consent is 18
