Ashamed of it but, gotta seek help to get it out of my mind and never do it again...few questions only.

policy involved but, first time and they give me warning and no charge,, company sent letter for the item i charged was recovered was 10 dollars.. but, they took me and I was setting for 2 hours or more and they made their movie and evidance... but, surprising the sent me a letter with the maximum charge which is from 50 to 500 and they sent me 500, what do you suggest.. I can pay it but, 500 for 10 dollar item really seems alot...help i could use?

how I go about paying them partially and not the whole amout as well if i want to pay??

I see, this is a US based forum, but I can tell you that in some of our states you may be able to negotiate a lower fine. However, (in US) the store is not obligated to do that.

You may try that and even ask if you would be allowed to set up payments. (Again, they may or may not do that.)

You were lucky that you were not charged criminally.
