Wife Still Married To First Husband, Lives In Different State
I need some real legal help right now. I found out my wife was still married to somone else in a diffrent state. And i found out that she has 3 kids by her other husband. Im in the army and currently deployed in iraq. I was talking to my wife on the webcam and noticed there was another guy in the apartment and soon as i realized that. she slamed the computer down so i couldnt see anything after that, of corse that means shes cheating. the other night i was talking to her. she had the computer where she never has it. it was right by the bed and i could see somone moving in the background. after she hung up she ran to the atm and took all the money out of the account.

Im done with this girl and its hard to get any legal assistance out here. she needs to go to jail for what she is doing. what she is doing to me out here. its really affecting me at work and she just think its a game now.
She got married in the state of Nevada, I married her in the state of Texas How can i go about this and take care of this! its killing me inside to keep going on like this

    I'm sorry.

If she was still married when you two tied the knot, your marriage is invalid.

Get a lawyer, have her charged with bigamy (a second degree felony in Texas), then get an annulment. It's faster than trying to get a divorce.

I would add - make sure you put a stop to any allotments being taken out of your pay, that are paid to her.

Talk to your first shirt or CO or chaplan(sp?). Tell them what you told us and let them know you need to talk to the judge advocate's office asap. If that does not work tell them you need to find out how to contact the IG - inspector general's office. That should get their attention!
