Emancipation: 16 In Arizona Trying To Emancipate

Im 16 years old and will be 17 in 5 months
im trying to emancipate myself
my brother is 18 so i would go live with him when he gets an apartment soon he has a job and i have a job too we both are financialy stable and my btother is in the process of getting HIS car he pays for on his name.

my parents will not sign for me to go theyre an extremly religious couple i go to church 3-5 times a week, i cant go out unless its with a frined frim church, any music that isnt church music is consider the devils music,
they think public schools are the worst and they forced me and my brother to foreign country so i woulnt go "bad" i have a boyfriend who isnt

i have the money and will have the place. plus they are moving to texas soon and i refuse leaving.

would it be better if i go with a lawyer?
what if my parents object?
do i need anything else to emancipate myself?
where do i get the paper work?

i really need help becouse im goin to move at the end of may
