Tax Issues Canadian

Hello people...I have a few questions in regards to Canadian tax law,

I got a letter from CRA about a single day i worked with a company where i earned about $60...and i forgot to include it in my taxes since i never received a T4...well now i want to include it but i dont know what deductions were made of that $60....

second, I also worked for a week in this other store from Dec17->08 but i never received a r T4 from there, i have the pay slip issued jan4, 08....what should id o there...is it part of 07???...thanks
