Can anyone tell me details on enhancements for drug charges? The case is being processed in Federal court in Louisiana. Can an enhancement be applied without concrete evidence, ie., only by the accusing word of someone that is bargaining their own plea? Will the person that determines the PSI be made aware of the enhancement before the recommendation is made? How many levels will an enhancement increase the accused?
