Can I File a Lawsuit in Mexico After an Accident?
I recently got into a very bad ATV tour accident in Mexico. My bf signed some form (I guess for liability purpose), but I never signed one. So not sure if his signature covers both. Never got a copy of it.

My leg got sliced a foot long, nearly down to the bone, hence very costly medical bills and trauma. What are the chances of suing this ATV Tour company, although this is in Mexico?

I have pictures of my wound, the big ditch in the road that took up 75% of the road, medical bills etc.

    Injuries from Accident in Mexico
Liability laws vary significantly internationally, and it can be difficult to litigate foreign claims. I would suggest contacting a lawyer in a U.S. border town who has a cross-border practice (i.e., a bilingual lawyer who is licensed to practice in both the U.S. and Mexico) to have your case reviewed, and to see if you can get any compensation for your injuries.
