    Getting Married In Another Country
I am a us citizen, i have been dating a girl from greece for 2 years she has been coming back and forth with a visitors visa. last week when she came here they told her that she is staying here too much and only gave her a month on her i-94. we have three weeks left to figure out something. we want to get married in greece. my questions is if she goes back before her i-94 expires and i go with her, and we get married in greece can she automaticly come back with me or do i have to come back alone and wait for whatever paperwork to be ready. Or is there any easier way for her to be able to come and go when she wants, because we are both planning to move to greece sometime in the next 2 years. Thank you very much for your time.

She does not automatically get a spouse visa. While any application for a spouse visa is pending, she can travel in and out of the U.S. on any other visa or immigration status she can lawfully obtain.

My brother US citizen applied for a Fiancee visa and within 3 months his wife to be came here. They had 90 days from her date of entry to get married. They got married here after a month, and applied for her GC and she got the GC after 4 months she applied. The only interview she did was at the embassy.

If you marry her in Greece, then you have to wait for the processing time here in USA which is much longer up to a year or so. Good Luck.
