Post Conviction Relief In Oregon
Searching for answers to help very young naive 20yo daughter ( no record or arrests) who admitted to a crime under a threat of losing her 2yo child.
Question: If "victim" who was boyfriends roomate(his name is till on same lease) was robbed and burglary, (Basiclly because he stole money first form boyfriend) was also arrested next day(victim) for worst crime (shooting at a car and new home of boyfriend) and victims statement was recorder while he was still in jail (grand jury statement), how is his statement admissible or is it?
How can her crime be worst then his for allegedly dropping boyfriend off from a car close to seen?
Unbelievable she is in prison for 3 years and victim (shooter) is walking free?:

You and I have discussed this before and I find it strange that you are just now bringing up this allegation.
Why is that?

He said he was only getting 40 bucks an hour to do the job and asked to if we where willing to pay more for better services. After the sentance, said he only had 3 hours in on the case then try to talk to another Judge about haveing her resentanced--what does that sound like.
