17 And Have A Kid - Is Emancipation Easier?
I'm 17 and have a baby of my own now. My mother and i fight all the time and she constantly tells me to move out but then says if i leave she'll report me as a runaway. There is also the matter of survivor benefits. When i was 11 my father died and i receive benefits from it. Well, i am supposed to...my mother gets them and i get nothing. So i have no money saved. Is there anything I can do? I live in Indiana

    Re: 17 And Have A Kid..Emancipation Harder.
In fact, 17 and have a kid, emancipation not going to happen.

Emancipation, have a kid and no job - emancipation is nothing but a dream that will remain unfulfilled.
