H1B Transfer

I worked for XXX consultancy as a contractor in XXX place and XXX state.
When i am coming to USA he has not given me the Valid H1 B Approval. Now he is troubling me so much i want to transfer from his consultancy to another one can i do that i am having a copy of H1 B Approval not the original one when i am asking to give it to me he is not doing that and one more thing he had taken a employement agreement in india which states that i have to work for him for one year. Please suggest me i am facing so much of trouble from that consultancy....Please sir it would be a gr8 help to me...

This FAQ explains how to get your H1B visa transferred. You only need a copy of your approval, the original is not necessary.

You might want to consult an attorney as well, though, since it seems you may have signed a contract. I'm not sure how breaching your contract would affect your status.
