Ok. My first possession was in iowa city, iowa. my second possession was at a tailgating party in iowa city (go figure) and the cop wrote it as another first offense. so tonight i was partying at my college dorms and got another possession. so i have no idea if tonight was my 3rd offense or 2nd offense. im so paranoid right now bc i get my license back on march 4th, bc i got a speeding ticket while on probation from an ".02" violation. so i'm worried that i might lose my license right after i get it back. yeah my life sucks. any info would be appreciated..thanks

My guess is that he is not retarded. You need to develop a relationship with an attorney because you are going to need it over the coming years and decades. You will likely end up in prison as an adult after your 3rd DUI charge. My guess is that it will come around 28-31, more towards 29. For a lot of us we use terms like prison and jail to mean one in the same, though they are very different. He wasn't being a retard, just meant that you will do some time in juvie or the pokey. You are looking at community service, another license suspension, and a few days of jail time. Let's hope this time you learn your lesson and wait until you are 21. ...and learn that a cab is a less expensive alternative to a DUI.

I have had a DUI and it sucks. ...but it is better than having had a DUI and killed someone. ...and you are headed down that road if you are already drinking and driving.

I'm sorry...i forgot to state that i am 19. and second, i was never talking about dui charges, ive never got one in my life. i was talking about an MIP(minor in possession)
