Advice About Getting Emancipated

i need advice. i want to be emancipated but just to be free so i dont have to do what my parents tell me to do. i live with my grandmother she splits custody with my mom. anyways i want to be emancipated i have a lace to live...i wanna move in with my boyfriend and his grandma and his mom and siblings. but i know i will not be allowed to so thats why i want to be emancipated. we have been talking about getting married. but you have to have consent from a gaurdian. i just dont know what to do please help.

You didn't mention how old you are. You didn't mention if you have a job.

I agree with Panther. Telling a judge that you want to be emancipated to move in with your boyfriend because your guardians won't let you won't go very far at all.

In fact, it isn't worth pursuing.
