Does Marriage Cause Immigration Problems
I am a Canadain if I marry my boyfriend here and return to my country to wait for him to sponser me will immigration finds out and bar me from coming back for visits, will he be any trouble for marrying me without a duel intent visa , we were not planning marriage but we have been dating since 2002, as you know you can not visit if you are be sponsered to come to the USA,he is a GC holder and I am aware of the time frame, which is 4-5 years, but would like to visit in the mean time, not only by seeing him but by visiting other family members and doing my shopping as I have always done.Also I came here since Dec 31/07 I want to stay for 6 months but some friends told me I have to leave by May 31/08 is this true,1 more question,in Canada I am a LPN could I applied for a student visa and go to school here and do the transitoin course to become a RN,and if I could do this while I am here.

It doesn't violate immigration laws to marry a U.S. citizen. The issue is where you claim to be entering with no immigration intent (e.g., as a tourist) then get married and try to adjust your status based on the marriage. If you leave as promised, nobody cares that you got married as a tourist, and you can attempt to reenter on a spouse visa.
You can apply for whatever visas you are qualified to apply for.
