Need To Move Out

I am 16 will be 17 in July. Im 5 months pregnant and I want to move out. I live in New York and I have read that I can just leave and if my parents call the cops then they cant do anything about it because I am pregnant and 16. I would be moving in with my boyfriend and his mom and then eventually my boyfriend, me and the baby will get an apartment. My boyfriend will be 18 in April and he is guranteed a good job when he turns 18. After the baby is born I am going to get a job, I cant now because nobody around here will hire me because I will have to either quit or take maternity leave in the beginning of July. I plan on finishing school, I will be graduating 6 months early. I want to know if what I have read is true or not.

I have read that and My boyfriend has talked to the cops around here and they told him that I have to get a court date and say why i want to move out and prove that i can live on my own, which his mom jst has to say that i am moving in with them, and state that my parents are alcoholics and i would be able to move out.

I don't know where you read that you can just move out because you are pregnant.

That's not true.

You may have read something on medical emancipation, which doesn't have anything to do with moving out legally.
