I can only go by what is provided in the statute. I doubt it will be the maximum amount stated. Someone who is more familar with loss prevention and the fines, may be able to reply with a more specific answer.

You are probably looking at a civil remediation letter addressed to the "Parents of Babiicakess27" when it comes in. They are responsible for paying it, not you. If it is hidden from them then you will likely have an even angrier parent.
Kids of strict parents act out. It happens and it is unfortunate.
You are just going to have to take your licks and deal with the penalties dealt.
