I was jus caught shoplifting a few hours ago at pathmark in new york...it was two items that was a total of either $40 or $45 worth..i was sent to the security office and hadd to fill out paper work and they said they will mail mea letter of my fine that i had to pay. I called the store when i got home and appologized for what happened..thankfully they accepted my apology. i also have a clean record. my question is just how much will the fine be and will i have to go to jail. And will they call my parents first or just mail the letter because my parents are very strict and i would probably die when they find out.please help me

You are probably looking at a civil remediation letter addressed to the "Parents of Babiicakess27" when it comes in. They are responsible for paying it, not you. If it is hidden from them then you will likely have an even angrier parent.
Kids of strict parents act out. It happens and it is unfortunate.
You are just going to have to take your licks and deal with the penalties dealt.
