H-1B Transfer

I am working for a Company A on L-1B visa (Completing 5 years and Petition end date 26th June 2008).

Company B filed H1 B for 2005 CAP, which got approved (H-1B petition valid from 10/14/2005 to 9/30/2008) I have not joined Company B till now and still working with Company A on L1-B ( I have never got H-1B Stamped)



Here are my questions –



1) Can I now join Company B?

2) Can I transfer my visa to Company C without joining Company B.? I will not have paystubs from Company B. But I have the paystubs from Company A.
