    Mother Filing Incorrigibility Charges
Iam 15 years old and my mom is filing the incorrigibility charges against me. Iam 16 into months, then she is going to drop me out. I can get a job easily. I just want to know if I can move out as long as I have a place to live and work, stay out of trouble. But another reason is Iam going to go to job core most likely. So could I move out after she does all that if Iam good and not be sent off?

What do you mean she is going to drop you out?

You can't move out legally until you are 18, or your parents allow you to.
