    Threatening By A Website Administrator
    Hi
I was using some paid service(online viewing) from a website. The service was sometimes faulty and didnt work. I was so irritated that i posted in their forum(used some bad language). They immediately banned me and also sent me a mail. They pulled out my mailing address and said that they will meet me at home..They also said they will initiate legal action against me..My questions are
    1. Can legal action be initiated against me just because i used abusive language
    2. Doesnt it amount to 'Threatening' when the administrator pulls out my mailing address and says "we will meet you at home".

I looked at their terms and conditions and i didnt find anything that says that they can take legal action for using abusive language.

    Thanks for your help.

Based on your post I suspect more than foul language was posted. Without details (dont post the words) we cant help. I suggest you take your post their contact etc to an Attorney

    Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, i understand that it will be difficult to get help without knowing the context and the language used.
Can you pls suggest if it is legal for someone to pull out my mailing address and threaten like that?

    Thanks
