Grandparents Rights In Minnesota
Hi, we just found out that our sons ex girlfriend won't let us see our grandaughter anymore because she says we spoil her. we used to see her every other weekend. My sons in the process of seeking visitation rights, and childsupport, what are my husbands and my rights to our grandchild. Do we have any, She said she would never stop us from seeing our grandchild, and that we can have her anytime we want, well its been over a month and a half, and today, she emails my son and tells him that if we contact her once more, ( she has been ignoring our phone calls ) she will charge us for harrasment,, well if she didnt want us to see her, why didnt she just tell us , insteaad of not answering her phone,... any advice, please any would be great thanks,,
