OPT To H1B

I am on OPT after PhD in life sciences.
I have a friend owning IT consultancy. He is willing to do H1B for me.
He has concern about my background (PhD in life sciences) to justify the INS of hiring me; other than that he is willing to do H1B.

Do any of you know any lawyers who can handle or handled these kind of situations? If yes, please tell me. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
