Move In Or Out Of US During 1st Apr - 1st Oct.

Im not in US. I have the chance to apply for an H1B, I receive an offer from an employer.
Can I travel in or out of US during the 6 monts before Oct 1 2008?.

If you're out of status, you should go home and seek your H1B from there, preferably before your overstay triggers a period of ineligibility to reenter the United States.

the significance of the dates is because the petition must be filed before 1st apr, and the USCIS answer will take 6 months.

If Im in US I had to send the i-94 to the employer, if Im not in US no problem, but what happen if i travel to US during the procces....

In my current work in South America, I had to travel to US between these date with my b1/b2 visa.
