17 And Kicked Out In Michigan
    Hi

My name is mike and ihave been kicked out of my house at the age of 17. I have no money no car no job and have been living with friends for about 7 days. I am wondering if there was anything i could do to get some sort of support either from my parents or the government.

Call 1-800-THE-LOST and they can get you started in the right direction as far as food, shelter and medical care.

Call child protective services. You parents are obligated BY LAW to provide for you until you are an adult. Why did they kick you out?

You don't have to take them to court. Call CPS and they will take care of this for you. Don't make any more stupid mistakes. Okay? Remember it is YOUR future and you are in control of how successful it is.
