Paternity

Hello,

I am trying to verify if I have any legal rights. I was advised in 2004, I was the father of a then 6 year old girl. I did have a DNA test, that only included me and the child, I have been advised by the state of florida that all 3 parties are required to be blood tested. Well, to make a long story short the mother died 02/3/08 from cancer in the state of WI. I went to the court to try to obtain custody, and was advise that the child has another man on her birth cert. and has been paying child support for 8 years. Milwaukee county has been giving me the run around advising me that paternity has been established and there's nothing I can be done.

I would like to raise my child with me in the state of florida, please Help !!
