Prank Victim, Far From Disorderly Conduct
    South Carolina:

Recently I was visiting my cousin. We were drinking at a party and I ended up passing out. Some kids decided to tape me up and drop me off at the porch of the president of the university's house. I woke up and noticed my phone and wallet had been taken (they said afraid i would lose them). So I started walking home. A cop pulled over and asked me questions in which i was very cooperative and told them my situation. I was arrested for public disorderly conduct apparently for my own safety. This was my first time being arrested and Im from florida. I dont know what to do. Should I just plea guilty with an explanation and hope the judge finds sympathy? Or should I plea not guilty and fight the case? I do not have a lawyer because I could not afford one. Should I ask for counsel?

    Thank You in advance

    YES!

Plead not guilty and ask for an attorney.

And for your own safety and well being, don't drink with your cousin anymore. Holy cats.

I second what Missy said. Holy crap!
Your "friends" and cousin should have been there to retrieve you. If you are under 21 it is possible that they cost you your driver's license as well if there was a breath test that put you above 0.02 or 0.04, dependent upon the state in which you reside. (Note; That might be a North Carolina law that I am channeling).
