Can being emancipated ruin my chances of getting a job

i am trying to get emancipated and then move back to new york. i also am trying to get a job there so i can save for my own place. will i be discriminated against or have a lesser chance of getting a job if i get emancipated? please help me. i need to know because my situation is so critical. im at the end of the road!

It shouldn't make a difference one way or another. Thats not a question that is asked by any potential employer that I have ever encountered.
