Bankrupt In Arizona By The Dogs
I divorced about 2 years ago. In the agreement, my ex-wife kept the pets and I agreed to pay 50% of their expenses. I feel she spends an extravagent amount of money, $500 a month just to feed 3 dogs. Am I liable to pay even though I don't agree with the expenses? Can I pay only reasonable and customary expenses? Can a legal expert help clarify my responsibilities?

Has she provided proof of the expenses to you? And can she? What did the dogs eat when you were with them? Do they have some kind of special diet?
Anyway, your responsibilites are just that...half of the expenses, but you can dispute the expenses.

I have to agree with the extravagent amount ...how could you not?
Maybe its the silver platter that she's serving the food on that throws it over the top??
