Getting Property From Divorce Decree
I'm in Indiana and have been divorced almost 2 years. I have asked my ex for the belongings from divorce decree many times. In the beginning,I was told if I called again he would get me for harassment.I called his lawyer and left a message that his client was not going by the divorce decree and never heard back.I have not tried to contact either one in about 1 1/2 yrs.Can I still get my things that are in the divorce decree?
Re: Getting Property From Divorce Decree
Of course you can.... you call your lawyer.
Your ex's lawyer doesn't owe you a call back... he/she doesn't work for you.

Thank you for answering so quickly. But I never had a lawyer. So do I just go the the court house where it was filed?
