Denied A Third Time For In School Deferment
About a year ago, I took out a student loan at a bank. I made the mistake by going to school less than half time and broke the contract....But the bank was not asking for money..it was a totally different company....a student loan company to be exact (which the bank did not tell me that they sold my account)

So with that....I couldn't afford to pay my loan. I was still going to school. On two separate occasions I was told to put in a "In school Deferment" and was denied both times....

The first time was because I was not so-called "enrolled in a Degree program".....But I was. The second time was unknown to me. Mind do, I paid the amount due so I was not in delinquency. But now, I submitted a thrid one (and I think I was denied that one too) What should I do? Should I just start paying them? Should I take legal actions?

You stated that you already are paying them, so your question about whether or not you should start seems moot.

Your ability to get a deferment is governed by your loan contract, which we haven't seen. If you don't qualify for a deferment under your contract, they're not going to give you one. If you do and somebody is refusing to honor a deferment clause, perhaps you should try bumping the matter up to their supervisor.
