    Employer refuses to pay salary
Hi, I was an international student at west virginia university. while in school last summer (may04-jul04), i was working for a professor at the university.(which is legal as international students are allowed to work inside the university campus). for the hours I worked , the prof owes me around $2500. but after i completed the work assigned to me, he did not pay me and said he will pay later. its been more than a year now and he still hasn't paid me. he doesn't respond to my calls/ emails. I had not filled any kind of paperwork before starting the job there.is there anyway i could get my money i deserve? Please advise.
    Thankyou.

    Problems with Professor
Within the university, you could consider approaching the professor's department head. You could also consider small claims court.
