about 17 months ago i got a married lady preganet while her husband was in boot camp. when he flunked out and came home she told him she was preganet with another mans bady. my problem is she is trying to keep my little girl away from me to save her marrage. i took her to court and she took a DNA test and the baby is mine. she want me to she her 1 a month. i want to see her as much a possible
Can i change my little girls last name to mine?
Can i change her birth certificate?
She is 7 months old How much visitation will i get?
Can i get joint legal custudy?

thats the thing i have not been back to see the judge yet. i go back to court this friday. im nervus as hell. I just want to see my girl as much a possible.
