Hi, I just wanted to know how much it would cost to get emancipated in the state of Indiana. And like what I would have to go through, court wise.
Thank You.

Maybe he is just tired of answering the same question for the millionth time.
Anyway...
Emancipation is extremely rare. Happens almost never.
There is a sticky on emancipation on this forum. Read through it if you want to know detail.... however, in the interests of time...
Unless you are...
Fully employed with a stable work history and an income allowing you to pay for all expenses including school, healthcare, transportation, food, entertainment and shelter...
possessed of a clean criminal record....
already living on your own in an appropriate place...
able to prove your maturity and worth to the community
willing to show in open court why you living on your own is better for you than living with your parents...
you don't have a chance.
Gonna gets and what if's don't matter.
You also have to have a reason to be emancipated...
Fighting with your parents, wanting to date someone that your parents don't like or pregnancy are not valid reasons to be emancipated.
I don't see a filing fee schedule on the Indiana Courts website. You can try the county court website for the county in which you are located, or as previously suggested contact the court and ask.
If you're planning to hire a lawyer, you would negotiate the legal fees with your lawyer. Your lawyer will tell you the filing fee.
