Robbery Charge In Sydney, Australia

hae all will this is my problem i was arrest for armed robber in company around 2006 near october it was my first criminal charge and was given 2 years good bond behaviour since then i have been visiting my jj and also going to skool right now iam in year 12 just started and going for hcs exam
it is a lot of stress for me since iam coming a adult with more responsblities
i wud like to kn how can i erase my charge since i was arrest i havn't not done anyfing else wrong still gonig to skool and would like to start work soon but before that i wud like to remove this criminal charge when i was charged iwas 15 and only have abt 7 months of my bond to finish can i apply in anyway to remove my criminal charge ppl make mistakes sometime
and i fing everyone deverse a second chance no matter how stupid they are
