Second MIP In Michigan

I was walking down the street with a 21 year old when two Public Safety officers drove up and asked me to come up to their car. They then asked me for my license; I complied. They did not ask me to get in the back of the car but after asking me a few questions about my night and where I was coming from and where I was going they started to write me a ticket. They did not take a breath test. I'm wondering what my legal options are and what the possible punishment will be if I fight the ticket or plea guilty. I am one month away from being 21.

You were cited for Minor In Possession? Did you tell the officer you had been drinking? (Or had been to a bar?)
