I live in New Jersey. I have a 20 year old child living with me that was legally emanicipated about 6 months ago. She is now returning to college full time. Can I return to court and have her declared unemancipated and receive child support for her?

If your child was emancipated, either the court made a finding that the child was over 18 and financially independent, or you and your ex-spouse stipulated that support should end. Either way, I would not expect a court to reinstate support - it is a given that a child can become dependent upon his or her parents at any age, if the parents are willing, but that does not mean you can initiate child support proceedings for an adult child.
