    Emancipation Petition In North Carolina
I'm planning on filing for emancipation in North Carolina, and I'm able to fill all the requirements, but I'm not sure what all counts as "living expenses". I can afford to pay for all my expenses, but what all do the courts expect me to specify?

    So far I've figured:
    rent
    car payments
    car insurance
    gas
    health insurance
    school expenses
    clothes
    food
    emergency savings
    shampoo, toothpaste, etc.

Is that about it? I'm not sure if there are other types of insurances I might need...

    Anyone got any suggestions?
