Emancipation Law Of Minnesota

I am 15 years old
and I was wondering what the emancipation
law was in Minnesota.
My parents are sperated.
I live with my mom and we don't get along at all.
My dad lives close by but I don't see him much.
Even if I did I couldn't live with him since there's no room
for me.
All I want is to be able to have some kind of way to be away
my mom and she has no way of controlling me or my life?
