Can the Police Change a Criminal Record To Make It Look Worse
I was arrested by a family member after a family dispute....pleaded guilty to 2 misdemeanors. Now, I'm worried that the cop who arrested me (my relative) has access to my criminal record to make it look worse than what it was?
Ex) If I was charged with assault, can he go in there and make it look like a felony?
I'm worried b/c I'm applying for a new job and I need to know this.

No he can not do it. If it is done, and you find out that the record is inaccurate. You can always get copies of the court hearings. To prove that your record is inaccurate.
