Car Repair Quality and Safety Concerns After a Collision
My son was involved in a car accident in August 2007. A guy rear-ended him not paying attention. My insurance company adjuster said the damage of the car was $10,000.00 in damage and from the look of the car. I knew it was totaled, to my surprise it was not. (I have a 2005 Nissian Maxima)

The adjuster said of I go with another company they would not be responsible, if something was not repair right, but if I go to there authorized repair shop. I would have a gurantee behind it as long as I owe the car. I agreed! They kept my car for a month to repair it and since I received my car I have to take it back which is really a pain and inconveince because I'm in one city and the shop is in another.

I truly wish that they would have paid off the car instead of repairing it. I have to now take it back this coming Monday because I found more problems with the car Now, I'm feeling like this car is unsafe for me and my kids.

Is there anyway possible the insurance company( I live in florida)

Is there anyway, I can tell them I no longer want this car because I fear that's it;s not safe?

fearing it is not safe is a far cry from it actually being unsafe and able to be proven as such.

I believe that many things are unjust but unless I can prove it, I can hardly expect anybody to take any action because of my beliefs.
