No Known Whereabouts
I'm sorry, but I have a couple more questions. The whereabouts of my son's biological father unknown. I have no contact information for him as I do not even know what state he is residing in. The attorney general's office claims that they cannot find him either. In my court order it states that I must list him as an emergency contact at his daycare and his physician. I do not have any way to contact him, so I cannot list him. Can I get in trouble for this? Also, my husband may be getting a work transfer here in the near future. The court order does not mention anything about me moving, other than needing to contact the other party 90 days in advance. Here again, I run into the same problem. I cannot contact him. Does anyone have any advice?

Re: No Known Whereabouts
If you wish to be completely in compliance with the court order, seek modification of your court order such that you no longer have any notice obligations, and seek court permission to move.
