Age 16 And Want To Be Emancipated

:wallbang:that is basically what i want to do everyday talking to my parents,yes im rebellious,but they wont let me date certin guy they wont let me sleep out anywhere...everyone has to sleep here
I WANT A JOB,but they won't let me get one...im almost done with school im willing to finish if they weren't so annoying..living with my parents make me want to do certin things.. i have been to a mentalinstituion because i experimented with drugs...that was because i was not happy, i love all the things my parents have givin me, but at the end of the day i seriously think about killing myself because i don't want to live at home anymore

my mom has told me im more than welcome to leave but when it comes down to it she won't let me..:wallbang: see what i mean
they think im just a spoiled rotten lil witch but i just can't handle them. When i don't feel like talking they start yelling at me i go see a theirapist but it is sooo hard because i want to say all these things but it DOES NOT HELP ME..
i can't ecscape this home i have been living in and i WANT OUT its like im behind bars and can't get out no matter how good i am they always think im doing something wrong.. you know my parents even spy on me, one time i was at the movies with my friend and my dad came up there with a cam sneaking around spying on me...

I REALLY AT THE END OF EVERYDAY GET SO FED UP I WANT TO RUN AWAY KILL MYSELF OR i hate to say it HIT ONE OF THEM

If i tried to get emancipated i know they would not agree, but should i try anyway??

since its a threat to me and my "PARENTS"

if i can't get EMANCIPATED i WILL DO SOMETHING TO HURT MYSELF OR I WILL RUNAWAY FAR AWAY...

PS THERAPY DOES NOT HELP ME NOTHING DOES JUST BEING AWAY FROM THEM HELPS THATS THE ONLY THING I HAVE FOUND THAT HELPS IS NOT BEING HOME..

No judge in any jurisdiction is going to allow a teenager WITHOUT a job but WITH a record of drug use to be emancipated.

If anything, you would be given MORE supervision, not less.

By the way, threatening me with the whole "I will kill myself unless I get my way" thing doesn't change the law.

You need to step back from the drama a bit if you want anyone to take you seriously as an adult.

Emancipation laws are different in each state. What's yours?
