Can A Charge-Off Be Removed From Your Credit History
:D Hello All, I am curious about charge offs, I have one :( and well, I want to get it of my report. So I started do research  . Decided I wanted to do something about it. So, I came across lexington law and called them up. I spoke to a rep named Charlie and he said that lexington has succeeded in removing thousands of charge offs this year. I am reluctant to pay 99.00 start up and 59.95/month after, until they can resolve the charge off. Is it possible to remove a charge off, is it likely that Lexington could have it removed with in 3 months ? Please give me your opinion.

Getting Charge-Off Removed From Credit Report
Is the information inaccurate? If so, what does this firm claim it can do to remove accurate information from your credit report?

 Yes it is possible dependant upon how they negotiated the deal with that lender in particular.

In which case it would be wise to get confirmation in writing that they have such a deal with the lender, before paying for their services.
