I have called and emailed several different firms and legal aid companies, but their prices are to high and process is to long. I have an an 11yr old son who has not had any contact with his father for about 7 years. We want to claim full custody and change his last name into my maiden. We live in southern California and I want to see if I can complete this whole process by myself. If anyone has done this before or has any experience please help...
