Re: Im 15 Almost 16 Possibly Pregnant Can I Be Emancipated W/o Consent Under Any Ter
Short answer: No.
Long answer: The chance that any judge will emancipate a pregnant teenager over the objections of the custodial parent are so slim as to be non-existant.
Longer answer: Paying for food and clothes is only the beginning. How about rent? Utilities? Transportation? Medical care for both you and the baby? The baby's food and clothes? School expenses? Insurance?
Do you have any idea how expensive a pregnancy is? Do you have any idea how expensive a baby is? How do you intend to work enough hours to pay for all that, and go to school, and take adequate, let alone good, care of the baby?

Agreed. There are just too many no's.
A pregnant teen is almost an automatic NO... add in the objections of the custodial parent and the chances become definately no. Add in the facts that you are not currently supporting yourself and don't have independant housing and/or medical care means that you should save yourself some time and not even apply.
Sorry.
By the way... cut your dad a little slack. He is getting a divorce and his 15 year old daughter is knocked up.
He isn't having the best year.

How old is the Father of the unborn child? There could be other issues as well here
