my dad got sentenced to 180 days how long till he gets out with good behavier and time served he has been in jail since december 28

I believe he's asking how many days he can get shaved off the 180 with good time. His father's lawyer may be able to tell him, and he I would expect that he can get a projected release date from the jail if he asks.

Yes, that link discusses that, and what you suggest may give him a more accurate answer then what I provided. However, no one can predict that the defendant will behave himself. :D

Third paragraph in the burglary section - if it is first degree burglary and he is in a state prison the defendant likely will have to serve at least 85 percent of his sentence........

Fourth paragraph in the burglary section - if it is second degree burglary it also has some info.

This appears to be a jail sentence, not a prison sentence.

I did not look into the poster's prior posts to determine what the exact charge his father was convicted of (if it was even stated).

he got charged with second degree burglary he is in county jail in the medical ward

my dad got 180 days my brother in law talked to the court and someone said he could get out in 12-60 days because of the plea is that possable everything i read says he wont get out for 90 or so days

i know i asked before but i heard that my dad can get out in 12-60 days in jail even though he got a plea for 180 days hes in la county and it is jammed packed it was a non violent crime please answer with real chances
