Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Texas
A friend of mine had the police come to her door and was looking for her son, they had an arrest warrant. She thought it was for traffic tickets but it turns out its for Delivery Marij >1/4 Oz<=5Lbs.
He is going to turn himself in but he does not know what it is for. It also happened almost 2 years ago when he was 18. He has been to parties where there has been pot but says nothing like this.
He has no money for a lawyer so he is a little uneasy. It is also a felony warrant. He is trying to figure out what this is. Could you shed any light on this subject?
